Junior Operation
1.1 Job Description: 1.1.1 Import 1) Daily communication with Customers, Shipping lines and Freight forwarders etc... 2) Follow up the shipment status (ETA) and update to customers on time. 3) Prepare import document to apply at Customs House. 4) Ensure the container delivery to customer upon shipment arrival. 5) Prepare weekly import report. 6) Have knowledge of import shipment with CDC/Master list. 7) Other tasks assigned by superior 1.1.2 Export 1) Daily communication with Customers, Shipping lines and Freight forwarders etc... 2) Booking container truck for loading. 3) Prepare draft BL to Shipping lines & Freight forwarders. 4) Update shipment status to customers. 5) Prepare weekly export report. 6) Key in all the expense invoices in the system and submit all invoices to accounts within the timeline. 7) Other tasks assigned by superior 1.2 Job Requirement: 1) Bachelor’s degree or Year 3 Student in business administration, Logistics, or other related fields. 2) Good command of Chinese and English 3) Good attitude and be able to work under pressure Salary: 200$ - 700$ Company Location: Room 2010, Building C7, Fortune Tower, Olympia City, Sangkat Veal Vong, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
