Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of work experience with information technologies and system analysis.
- Experience in Games (iOS, Android, Website) is a plus
- Has experience in programming & API Development is a plus.
- Teamwork and quality of work mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare requirements documents, system user manuals, Functional Specifications, and other related documents.
- Coordinate with third parties or team members to update the progress of projects and remove any blockers.
- Troubleshoot and implement solutions for issue resolution.
- Working closely with users and relevant team members.
- Analyst issues and be able to propose solutions/workaround.
- Can communicate effectively with native speakers in [English] on a variety of topics.
- Experienced in conducting [specific type of analysis], such as market research, competitive analysis, or risk assessment.

(English and Chinese are advantages)
