- To issued announcement, contract, regulation and policy of company
- To keep documents of profile of employee
- To control staffs uniform, material of company
- To control the staffs in and staffs out
- Recruitment
- Payroll
- NSSF
- Scan all documents and keep personnel filling properly for department management
- Follow up on the clearance asset and non-asset list when staff resign from the company
- Oversee and manage administrative tasks such as fix & maintenance in office
- HR working task
Working hours:
- Mon-Fri 8: 00-5: 30
