Travel Agent Supervisor
Job Description: - Employee attendance and performance evaluation management - Proficient in understanding visa policy regulations and operational procedures. - Front desk consultants service - Use standardized service language, be polite, friendly - Don’t make decisions or express opinions without authorization - Adhere to the position and do not leave without permission - Check for any missing passports or application materials - Assist the center manager or independently complete the review of visa documents - Consultant service via email, telephone or others applications - Assist Manager in completing personnel performance assessment, important task such as front desk consultation or visa telephone and email, business guidance and review. Job Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree or above - Native in Khmer, fluent in English and good command of Chinese - Proficient in using computer, mobile phones, printers and Microsoft office software - Strong organizational and management skill as well as self-discipline Working Environment - Location: Flatiron, Khan Doun Penh - Salary: 800 - 850$ - Hours: 9:00am – 6:00Pm, 5 Days a week with two Day off
