JOB TITLE: Junior Accountant LEVEL: K1
NUMBER OF HIRING: 1 JOB CATEGORY: Full-Time

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for creating a strategic plan for the new model of communication
- Go to the bank to process the payment of import tax on time and send the bank slip to the involved people
- Go to the bank to process the NSSF payment
- Assist the cashier in making deposits of pretty cash at the corporate bank
- Assist the accountant to delivering documents to involve stockholders
- Verify trucking & Clearance cost for match with the quotation approved
- Assist with parking/post AP-related import/export expense with GL,CCTR, and costing
- Prepare import cost report for verify tax report and cost report
- Prepare an inventory report by a monthly and yearly
- Prepare purchase inventory by monthly and yearly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting job
- Experience with cost accounting will be more advantageous
- Able in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to travel.
