Junior Purchasing Officer / ផ្នែកបញ្ជាទិញ

Key Responsibility:
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for required products or services. - Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. - Follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any delays. - Help maintain accurate procurement records, including invoices, receipts, and contracts. - Monitor stock levels and inform the Procurement Officer when reordering is necessary. - Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. - Coordinate with warehouse and accounting teams to track deliveries and verify invoices. - Assist with vendor evaluations and maintaining a supplier database. - Provide general administrative support to the procurement department.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or currently studying). - 0–1 years of relevant experience (internship or entry-level role in procurement is a plus). - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of procurement processes. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks. - Be able to work both outdoor and indoor
