Position : Receptionist female 3 person ( Morning shift )
*Responsibilities:
-Check-in and check-out of guests
-Inform guests our apartment facilities
-Maintain guest accounts and processing of guest transactions during their stay
-Deal with any and all special needs or requests
-Cleaning schedule for Housekeeping Department
-Maintain a safe, clean and presentable reception area at all times
-Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
-Ensure wakeup call requests are recorded and executed
-Ensure all daily room and outstanding charges are posted
-any more duties assigned by management
* Requirements
- Start from 7:00am to 4:00 pm
-Hospitality Management Qualification
-Minimum 1-2 years in a night auditor/similar role
-Good communication English skills
-Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
Attention to detail
Position : bellboy Male 3 person ( Afternoon Shift ) urgent !
Greeting & Welcoming Guests
- Welcoming guests upon arrival.
- Assisting with luggage (carrying bags to and from rooms).
- Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining hotel amenities.
- Delivering Items to Rooms
- Bringing room service orders, packages, or mail to guests.
- Providing extra towels, pillows, or other requested items.
- Handling special deliveries (, gifts, etc.).
- Assisting with Transportation
- Hailing taxis or arranging shuttle services.
- Providing directions and local recommendations.
- Guest Services & Communication
- Any duties assigned by Supervisor
