岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities 1. 协助客户处理车辆交付后的售后问题（维修、维护、配件更换等）； Assist customers with after-delivery issues (repair, maintenance, spare parts replacement, etc.). 2. 根据公司流程，记录并处理客户投诉及技术问题； Log and handle customer complaints and technical issues following company procedures. 3. 定期回访客户，跟进维修进度和满意度； Follow up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and timely service. 4. 协助技术团队进行简单检测与初步判断，必要时协调工程师支持； Assist technical team in basic diagnostics and coordinate with engineers when needed. 5. 管理售后档案，确保数据准确及时更新； Maintain after-sales documentation and update records accurately. 6. 支持展会、客户培训或技术宣导活动； Support exhibitions, client training, or technical presentations. 7. 完成上级交办的其他任务。 Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 任职要求 / Job Requirements 1. 高中或以上学历，机械、车辆工程、电工类专业优先； High school diploma or above; major in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering preferred. 2. 有1年以上汽车、电动车或机械产品售后服务经验者优先； At least 1 year of after-sales experience in automotive, EV, or machinery products preferred. 3. 能听说中文或英文，懂高棉语者优先； Able to communicate in Chinese or English; Khmer language is a plus. 4. 细心负责，服务意识强，具备沟通与协调能力； Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong service awareness and communication skills. 5. 能适应外派工作，有驾驶证优先； Willing to travel to provinces; driving license is an advantage.
