Position: Account Receivable Sex: Female Location: Head Office (PP) Department: Account and Finance Assignment Category: Full-Time Reporting Line: Finance Manager II. Detail of Job Scope: The Accounting Receivable ensures that all financial and accounting operations within an accounts and finance department run smoothly. This position is to oversee the work of junior accounting staff, review financial statements to ensure accuracy, and reconcile general ledger accounts. III. Main Duties and Responsibilities:  Bookkeeping revenue into QB system and FaceAzure  Prepare Money and prepare money collect and received report from customer  Issues all Invoices and Delivery noted for WH (SD and WS)  Contact to SD for Checking, Chasing, Schedule about payment  Deposit money at the Bank  Copy and Scan prepare document after deposit money  Prepare set of Invoice and any support document for filling together  Update A/R report  Prepare all Revenue Report  Received Invoice from Driver after delivery goods to customer  Collect money from Clients  Other Task assign by Finance Manager IV. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required (Qualification):  Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent  Experiences in 1-year up in any relevant industries  Proven experience working as an accounting supervisor.  Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills  Strong Management and leadership skills  Effective communication skills V. Personal Characteristics:  Honesty and Friendly  Good personality  Can work under pressure.  Flexibility and commitment  Grooming and Hygiene
