1. Overview Be the finance backbone of a young, growing company. We are moving from startup launch to steady operations and need someone who can own our books, shape our systems, and grow with us. You will lead the switch from Excel to QuickBooks Online, set up best-practice controls, and gain hands-on experience that directly drives the business forward. Guided by external accountants and a small, supportive team, this is a rare chance to build solid finance skills while seeing your impact every day.
2. Main Tasks Accounting — Daily 　Manage petty cash 　Create customer and supplier invoices 　Prepare monthly FR, BS, PL, CF, GL, and journal entries (currently in Excel)
Accounting — Project 　Migrate all financial data to QuickBooks Online 　Learn new workflows from external accountants and roll them out to the team Inventory Management 　Check stock with FIFO methods 　Reconcile any differences 　Sort and pack items for shipment Note — We are a small team, so everyone sometimes takes on extra tasks that come with company growth.
3. Requirements Must-Have 　1 + year of accounting experience 　Long-term commitment 　Business-level English communication
Nice-to-Have 　QuickBooks Online experience 　Proactive and eager to learn
4. Offer & Work Conditions Salary: USD 300 + (negotiable) Hours: 08 : 00 – 17 : 00, 6 days/week (Sunday off) Holidays & Paid Leave: provided under company policy
