JOB TITLE : Accountant Company : Mineral Water Hours : 8h/day Location : Baekchan, Angsnuol, Kandal Working Hour : 08:00 – 17:00 (Lunch 12:00 – 13:00) Holiday : Sunday, New year, Pchumben, and Water Festival Salary : Starting from $300+ (Based on Experience) Key Responsibilities: -Recording daily financial transactions - Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. - Follow up on customer collections and supplier payments. - Invoices & Receipts: issue, processes and follow up the payments - Check the accuracy of invoices, receipts, delivery notes, and supporting documents. - Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accounting documents - Prepare Petty Cash reconciliations - Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams. - Support monthly and year-end closing processes. - Reconcile stock records between the system and physical inventory. - Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports. - Support monthly and year-end closing processes. - Submit reports to management on time. - Work with other relevant departments when required.
