- Job Description
- Check all sales invoices in QuickBooks.
- Follow up and control all credit invoices.
- Prepare AR summary for customers and call to follow up on payment.
- Handle any issue related to customer payment.
- Prepare a payments report and post it into QuickBooks.
- Control daily expenses and petty cash
- Prepare payment voucher and post into QuickBooks
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Job Requirement
- Male or female, age from 22 to 28 years old.
- University student or bachelor's degree graduate in accounting or a related field.
- 1 year experience in accounting work (No experience are also welcomed)
- Computer literacy in Ms. Excel and QuickBooks.
- Good at planning, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in numeracy, and being well prepared.
- Be friendly, hard-working, flexible, honest, and willing to work as a team.
- Be able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
- Job Benefit
- Salaries: $200 up (Negotiable base on experience)
- Working day: Monday-Saturday, Working hour: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Offer lunch
- Location: No. 562A, St. Claser, Nirouth, Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh.
