Location: BKK Campus Salary: Negotiable Key Responsibilities • Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accounting records. • Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documentation. • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Verify invoices, purchase requests, and expense claims. • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents. • Assist in bank reconciliations and cash management. • Support payroll preparation and related documentation. • Prepare financial reports and summaries as assigned. • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures. • Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and administrative matters. • Perform other duties assigned by the Management Team. Qualifications and Requirements • University student or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • At least 1 year of accounting or finance experience preferred. • Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Experience with accounting software is an advantage. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Basic English communication skills are preferred.
