Position Title: Accountant and Public Relations Job Summary: The Accountant and Public Relations will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, and overseeing the logistics operations. This role requires a professional who can multitask, prioritize, and manage both accounting and logistical tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and payments. • Prepare and process invoices, accounts payable, and receivable. • Perform financial statement preparation. • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations. • Monitor cash flow and manage financial transactions. • Create and implement a comprehensive public relations and communications strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and staff members. • Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring it reflects the brand’s values and engages the target audience. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in accounting and/or logistics. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. • Proficiency in accounting software MS Office Suite. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
