1. Oversee and manage daily accounting operation including AP, AP, Bookkeeping, Stock, Tax...etc 2. Oversee and ensure the accuracy of bookkeeping and general ledger accounting. 3. Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial adjustments. 4. Maintain and enforce internal controls over daily accounting operations 5. Monitor and manage cash flow, including forecasting and reporting. 6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. 7. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. 8. Ensure strict compliance with tax regulations and filing and monitor adherence to internal financial policies and procedures. 9. Supervise, mentor, and conduct rigorous performance evaluations for accounting team members.
