Position: Executive Assistant to Chairman (Chinese Speaking) Location: Koh Pich, Phnom Penh Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary Range: $1000+ (based on qualifications and experience) ________________________________________ Job Responsibilities: As the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, you will play a vital role in managing high-level administrative tasks and maintaining smooth executive operations. Key responsibilities include: • Managing the Chairman’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments • Coordinating business travel, accommodation, and logistics both locally and internationally • Communicating and translating fluently in Mandarin Chinese with internal departments and external partners • Preparing, reviewing, and handling confidential business documents with discretion and professionalism • Supporting the Chairman in day-to-day operations, planning, and follow-ups • Performing other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure efficiency at the executive level ________________________________________ Job Requirements: To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: • Female, aged between 27–35 years old • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) • Background or experience in logistics or related fields • Willing to travel as needed for business purposes • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet in handling sensitive information • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities ________________________________________ How to Apply: Interested applicants should send their resume or get in touch via Telegram at: @tepsonimul
