Baker – Bread & Pastry (Western Kitchen) We are looking for a skilled and reliable baker to join our production kitchen, supporting both our delivery brands and restaurant. The role focuses on daily production of breads, buns, rolls, donuts, pastries, and pies to a consistent, high standard. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Daily preparation and baking of breads, burger buns, sandwich rolls, donuts, pastries, and pies • Ensuring consistency in texture, flavour, and presentation across all products • Following and maintaining house recipes and production methods • Assisting in refining and improving recipes where appropriate • Managing prep schedules, proofing, baking, and batch timing • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety • Supporting stock control and ingredient management • Assisting in documenting recipes and processes for consistency across the team ⸻ Requirements: • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial baking or pastry role • Strong knowledge of bread baking, dough handling, and pastry production • Good understanding of fermentation, proofing, and baking techniques • High attention to detail in both preparation and final product quality • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards • Able to read and understand English and Khmer • Willing to work evening shifts (some finishing around midnight) • Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Team-oriented with clear communication skills • Motivated to grow within the business ⸻ Benefits: • Competitive salary (based on experience) • 6-day working week, 8-hour shifts (including 1-hour break) • 18 days annual leave, plus Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben • One staff meal per shift • Ongoing training and opportunities for progression
