KEY TASKS:
● Handling customer complaints and enquiries
● Must be understand about True Money products and services
● Must be keep in touch with relevant department to solve agent/customer’s issue
appropriately
● Providing good quality service delivery to agent/customer
● Be friendly and helpful to meet the customer’s satisfaction
● Log report accurately
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Able to understand customer requirements & proposed solutions.
● Keeping customers informed about services and promotions
● Provide accurate information about True Money products and services
● Handle customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
● Following up to close the agent/customer’s issue effectively
● Take care in existing customer expansion
● Be able to satisfy customers and solve complaint with customer
