Job Responsible:
- Greeting customers when receiving payment and informing customers about payment
- To maintain and control petty cash funds and record the disbursement.
- Preparing cashier daily reports.
- Receives and issues a receipt for cash, checks and credit card payments, following the procedure set out for accepting payment (e.g., checks verified, etc.)
- Keeping records daily cash collection
- Issue Official Receipts
- Respond all the questions from customer related to charging
- Prepare safe count sheet daily and submit to Account Receivable
- To undertake any other duties as directed by Financial Controller.
- To ensure all monies are banked on a timely basis.
- Receive Payment
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related fields
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience with related work
- Good command of spoken and written in English or Chinese is plus
- Proficient in Ms. Office and Internet Email
- Honest, reliable, loyalty and positive manner/attitude
- Can work on flexible shift
- Experienced of working as cashier is plus
