✨ Client Success Manager (AC Maintenance), (1Pax) 👉 Key Responsibilities • Strategic Market Penetration: Execute "building-by-building" inspections to offer initial checkups and convert them into paid Annual Maintenance Contract plans. • Segmented Selling: o Household: Focus on trust, cleanliness, and steady cash flow. o Commercial/SME: Prioritize cost predictability and fast response times to protect their business operations. o Corporate: Negotiate high-level Service Level Agreements (SLAs) involving monthly inspections and detailed technical reporting. • Contract Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle for our three core plans: Bronze (Basic), Silver (Commercial), and Gold (Corporate SLA). • Relationship Building: Develop partnerships with property managers and real estate developers to secure multi-unit maintenance portfolios. • Brand Advocacy: Articulate the "DaiKu" value proposition—emphasizing our MEP engineering background and our track record with major clients like Sofitel and AEON Mall. ✨Job Requirements 👉 Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in B2B or high-end B2C sales, preferably within the HVAC, MEP, or Facility Management industries. 👉 Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close long-term contracts. 👉 Professionalism: High-level executive presence aligned with DaiKu’s international standards. 👉 Language: Fluency in Khmer; English proficiency is a strong advantage for corporate and international client management. 🤝Benefits – Salary : $450 – $600 (Based on experience & skills) – Gender: Male or Female – Performance-based incentives / commissions – Working Day : Monday - Saturday – Annual leave 18 day – Public holidays (per Cambodian Labor Law) 👌Are you ready to build the future of maintenance in Cambodia?
