Key Responsibilities • Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram & Link In…) • Develop creative ideas for videos, posts, captions, and ads campaigns • Shoot and edit short-form & long-form video content • Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and branding • Stay updated with trends, viral formats, and audience behavior • Manage posting schedule and ensure consistent content delivery • Monitor performance (views, engagement, reach) and optimize content • Support brand storytelling and maintain consistent tone & style Key Requirement • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field (or relevant experience) • 1 or 2 years experience in content creation or social media (fresh grads with good portfolio welcome) Skills & Competencies • Creative storytelling & content ideas • Video shooting & editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) • Understanding of social media platforms & trends • Copywriting (captions, scripts) • Basic marketing & branding knowledge • Good communication, teamwork & time management Bonus • Influencer collaboration experience • Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) • Ads/boosting knowledge • Analytics tools (Meta, TikTok)
