Responsibilities

4. Responsible for issuing payment notices for various management fees and collection and payment fees, and collecting fees.
5. Accept and handle customer complaints, record them, and report to the department manager in time;
6. Follow up the completion of maintenance work.
7. Assist customer service manager to deal with emergencies;
8. Organize the files of the owners of the community;
9. Perform the work assigned by superiors;
Job requirements:
