Customer Service

Requirements : - Man / Woman - 25 - 38 years old - Able to speak & write in English - Able to type at a speed of 40 wpm (desktop) - Have more than 1 year of experience in customer service or other customer-facing positions - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian - Demonstrated experience in customer service or related field - Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite - Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Experience in a call center or e-commerce environment is a plus Responsibilities : - Manage large numbers of incoming phone calls - Generate sales leads - Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction - Build ongoing relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid and complete information using appropriate methods/tools - Meet personal team sales/customer service targets and call handling quotas - Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow-up to ensure resolution - Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and archive documents - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies - Make extra effort to engage customers
