Role and Responsibilities Under the supervision of the General Manager and the Office Manager and in close coordination with colleagues in operational department, the Customs Clearance Officer is responsible for the following duties: DUTIES o Handle the periodically importation of goods: accurate preparation of documentation prior to the arrival of the shipments, prepare documentation for customs clearance by air, land and sea. o Work in close relationship with Customs officers to ensure the clearance of the imports in the shortest time. o Prepare and apply for clearance licenses and permits. (MAAF etc) o To receive shipments at the warehouse and verify the condition of the goods at reception. o To count stock on arrival and keep the stock up to date. o To prepare the list of the imported items to be posted in the system. o To collect all the invoices charges related to customs clearance for the accounting. o To maintain the inventory and stock periodic count. o Keep up to date on Customs procedures. REQUIREMENTS o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or similar field. o Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position o Cambodian national only o Understand the business of food supply o Knowledge of Customs clearance procedures o Knowledge of logistics/shipping and supply chain o Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints o Motivated to work responsibly with little supervision o Ability to cooperate effectively and harmoniously with teamwork o Excellent organizational skills including strong attention to detail o Demonstrate a high degree of honesty and integrity o Computer proficient in Word, Excel, presentation tools, electronic mail and internet (Microsoft) o Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus o Customs clearance broker is encouraged to apply -General Manager & Accounting Department -Full Time +600USD UP depending on experience -Monday to Saturday, 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm. -Laptop + Mobile Phone -18 days of Annual Leave, Public Holidays -Very Urgent Interested candidate please submit your resume to: Email : jul***@repertoireculinaire.comClick To Sent Email pis***@repertoireculinaire.comClick To Sent Email Telegram : 0964757xxxClick To Call, 087788xxxClick To Call Office Location: Sothearos Bld, Phnom Penh
