Job Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
- Create, design, and schedule engaging content, including social media posts, videos, and advertisements.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and marketing messages.
