1. Safe Transportation:
• Pick up and drop off students and staff at designated locations on time.
• Drive responsibly and follow all traffic laws and school transport policies.
• Ensure the safety of passengers at all times.
• Be prepared to handle emergency situations, including breakdowns or accidents.
2. Vehicle Maintenance & Inspection:
• Perform daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or necessary repairs to the administration immediately.
3. Student Supervision & Safety:
• Ensure students board and exit the vehicle safely.
• Maintain order and discipline among students while on board.
• Assist young or special-needs students if required.
4. Compliance & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Follow school policies regarding transportation and emergency procedures.
• Ensure valid and up-to-date driving licenses and required permits.
