Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries across all communication channels, including calls, messages, social media, emails, and the Bank’s website, in accordance with Oriental Bank’s established scripts and customer service standards
- Effectively address and resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt escalation of priority matters to the appropriate key personnel for quick resolution.
- Offer customers detailed consultations on products and services, including specifications, terms, and conditions, using the provided sales script to meet sale goal and escalate the customer to the sales team for further action.
- Understand customers' needs and provide 1st call resolutions and ensure providing excellent call centre service leads to high customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze real-time alerts and transactions to promptly detect and report fraud, perform daily risk and authorization reviews, manage card and customer profile maintenance, and contact customers regarding any unusual activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- No experience required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts.
- Computer literacy, including Khmer and English typing; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
