Front Desk Assistant (Part-Time, 20 Hours/Week) Location: Le Club Climbing Gym, Central Phnom Penh (near ABA Headquarters) Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week) Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM (including a 30-minute break) About Le Club Le Club is a climbing gym located in the heart of Phnom Penh. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Front Desk Assistant to help create a great experience for our members and visitors. This position is ideal for a university student seeking a stable part-time role with flexible daytime hours and excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner * Manage day-pass sales, memberships, and member registrations * Process payments for climbing classes and other services * Handle cash and card transactions accurately * Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and online * Provide information about memberships, classes, events, and gym policies * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area * Support the team with general administrative and customer service tasks as needed Requirements * Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) * Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude * Reliable, punctual, and well-organized * Comfortable handling payments and basic administrative tasks * Ability to work independently and take initiative * Current university student preferred * Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience is a plus Working Hours Tuesday – Friday 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute break included) Total: 20 hours per week Benefits * 13th-month salary * One complimentary meal per worked day at our on-site café & restaurant * Full access to the gym, including free training on days off * Friendly and active work environment * Opportunity to be part of Phnom Penh’s climbing community Public Holidays During major Cambodian public holidays, including Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben, and Bon Om Touk (Water Festival): * Staff may choose not to work; or * If they choose to work, hours worked will be paid at 200% of the normal hourly rate.
