Job Description
- Department: Guest Service
- Reports to: Guest Service Assistant Manager/Manager
- Salary can be negotiated
Job Summary:
• Welcoming guests and tenants to the building, monitor and manage the flow of visitors.
• Maintains security by following the procedure, monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor passes and sign-ins.
• Announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to Residence owners before allowing them to go up and permit access to only authorized visitors.
• Understand the building’s operations, can help to pass marketing materials, and Contact people for leasing and sales purposes.
• Assist in rent roll service, collection of cash, issuance of invoices and receipts.
• Controls cash transactions at the front desk.
• Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases to update reports, files, and answer inquiries from Residents, Guests, and Management.
• Deals with the general public, owner/ residents, and employees with tact and courtesy.
• Supervise the front desk operations to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to the guests.
• Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Engineer, housekeeping) as necessary to resolve call, request, or challenge.
• Reports to Department Head on all operation matters concerning the Guest Service department.
• Assist in interviewing, scheduling, training, development, empowerment, coaching, and counseling the staff.
• Maintains continuous work team relationships by documenting a communicating action, irregularities, and continuing needs to managing responsible staff.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and problems quickly and efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management.
Job Requirements
• Guest Service experience is a must.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with both Khmer and English, other languages are a plus.
• Good listening and collaboration skills with other staff and management team.
• Able to work in different building properties assigned by Management (Sometimes need to manage in other projects. So, required self-driving vehicle).
• Ability to work calmly in stressful situations and under pressure.
• Good telephone skills.
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Leadership skills and good time management skills.
• High School diploma; additional qualifications are a plus
