** Key Responsibilities Security Operations Management • Lead and supervise all security personnel and daily security operations. • Prepare security duty rosters, schedules, shift planning, and manpower allocation. • Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of all security staff. • Ensure all security posts are properly managed and operated efficiently. • Conduct regular patrol inspections and security audits. Leadership & Team Management • Lead, motivate, and develop the security team professionally. • Conduct daily briefings, meetings, and operational discussions. • Build teamwork, discipline, and professionalism among security staff. • Handle staff conflicts and provide proper guidance and solutions wisely. Training & Development • Conduct regular security training programs. • Lead morning exercises, running sessions, physical fitness activities, and self-defense practice. • Organize emergency response drills and safety training. • Train security staff on SOPs, incident handling, customer service, and emergency procedures. Emergency & Incident Management • Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and difficult situations. • Investigate incidents, accidents, theft, disputes, and security breaches. • Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions. • Coordinate with local authorities when necessary. Administration & Reporting • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports. • Maintain proper documentation, records, and security logs. • Use Microsoft Excel and Word for reports, schedules, and presentations. • Present security updates and operational matters to management professionally. Safety & Compliance • Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures. • Maintain security equipment and monitor CCTV systems. • Ensure all security operations follow safety standards and company regulations. ** Qualifications & Requirements • Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant professional certification. • Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Head of Security or similar leadership role. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Good physical fitness, disciplined, brave, and able to handle high-pressure situations. • Good knowledge and practical skills in self-defense techniques. • Able to conduct physical training and team exercises. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Able to work independently and under pressure. • Good knowledge of emergency response and crisis management. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and report preparation. • Honest, responsible, and highly committed to duty. • Strong observation and investigation skills. • Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when required.
