JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Dealing with NSSF, MoL and related authorities
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Assist our recruiters in sourcing candidates and updating our database
- The Line Manager will assign other tasks
- Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Mon - Sat); Follow all Public Holidays and Annual Leave by MoL
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Experience in an HR, Admin, Compliance, or relevant human resources/administrative position
- PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
- Good in English (Writing, speaking and listening)
- Excellent organizational skills
