HR Admin Officer Responsibility
-Maintain and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
-Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
-Ensure the office environment is clean, organized,recording kilowatt hour, water meter and conducive to productivity
-Build employer brand through posting job announcements on group of job seeker such as Facebook group, telegram group, and other free social media channel/platform etc.
-Keep track of staff leave, attendance, OT, public holiday, or other allowance.
-Prepare monthly NSSF payment and declaration with updated related information in a timely manner.
-Management of staff profile and other related documents which follow by company policy & compliance.
-Management of staff employment contracts, job offer, and other relevant documents.
-Make sure the new hire has a fully complete set of required documents such as photo, bank account, birth certificate, family book, Covid card etc.
-Manage office supplies, stock, and place orders.
-Control inventory stock in & out and repair tool to management
-Site preparation and help pickup material at supplier if around office
Note : working 5day a week (Monday to Friday)
