-Install and support software as required
-To Support the IT, LAN, WAN, Communications and Telephony Infrastructure to ensure successful use of system by the business
-To Install and support on site hardware including PC's & Laptop, Server or Printer
-Assist in ensuring that system and data security is achieved via physical access control to key equipment and Control and organisation of regular Data Backups.
-To provide and assist in the provision of user training on the following Network PC & printer operation.
-Diagnose & Resolve problems with equipment/software by Working on these directly.
-To Provide on site support to cover out of hours operations such as stock-takes etc.
