职责描述:
1、协助完成金边本地渠道资源的合作洽谈、维护和对接,促进渠道来客和成交;
2、按照渠道经理工作安排,负责项目的渠道拓展工作;
3、根据拓客计划,完成分配的拓客指标及到访、成交指标;
4、渠道数据的录入与统计,客户数据分析及资料整理;
5、对日常工作做及时总结,合理调整工作方向,积极挖掘新的拓客渠道。
任职要求:
1、具备高棉语、中文的沟通能力,具备英文沟通能力者优先;
2、1 年以上工作经验,拥有相关渠道资源者优先;
3、有极强的执行力、工作抗压能力、以及资源协调能力;
4、具备较好的形象和沟通能力;
5、具有良好的敬业精神、团队合作意识和执行力
Responsibilities:
1. Assist to complete the cooperation, negotiation, maintenance and connection of local channel resources in Phnom Penh, and promote the channel customers and transactions;
2. Be responsible for the channel development of the project according to the work arrangement of the channel manager;
3. Complete the allocated customers' indicators, visits and transactions according to the customers' plan;
4. Input and statistics of channel data, customer data analysis and data sorting;
5. Make timely summary of daily work, reasonably adjust the direction of work, and actively explore new channels for customer development.
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills in Khmer, and Chinese, English is preferred;
2. More than 1 year working experience, with relevant channel resources is preferred;
3. Strong executive ability, work pressure resistance ability and resource coordination ability;
4. Good image and communication ability;
5. Good professionalism, team cooperation awareness and executive ability.
