- Oversees all the vehicle’s condition in stock to make sure it is all done repaired and ready to rent out.
- Bring the vehicles to the repair shop for replacement such as Tire, service oil, etc. as necessary.
- Test drive the vehicles before and after repair and report to the manager and related people.
- Do quality inspection after vehicles wash and repair to ensure customers’ satisfaction is first.
- Make sure the fuel is full in the tank, refill the fuel if necessary
- Communicate with the Services network to follow up and book for new service intervals and repairs if needed when requested by vehicles user.
- Describe the problem of the vehicle and the customers to the supervisor/manager when needed.
- Have knowledge of the market price of the spare parts/labor to reduce expense.
- Arrange upcoming vehicles for re-stock and make sure there is no issue appearing on the road.
- Walk around and inspect the vehicle before and after rent out by using the Vehicle Inspection Sheet.
- Do the inspection report (IR) at every delivery and return of the vehicle from customers, Ensure the (IR)s are completed, and remark all the information with Sign/name and Date.
- Call and follow up with the customers/users about vehicle issues after the repair and take action to avoid cancellation.
