JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Be initiate to DESIGN, DEVELOP and EXECUTE new product launching strategy, marketing communication + activation event strategies roadmap and manage relevant activities such as launching campaigns, sales promotion plans, advertising, and PR activities to introduce and drive business performance throughout effective of new model under company goals.
- Creating with new marketing communication strategy and campaign with business metrics based on targets given and be fully aware of trends and analytics, success, and risks in order to support motorcycle and automobile business in Cambodia.
- Control budget spending allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suit business objectives, across both online and offline channels.
- Resourceful, be creative, innovative ideas for marketing and sales promotional through different channels to reach, engage and grow the end-user community.
- Be able to select and evaluate media agencies to deliver high quality work within timeline and budget provided.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
- To help grow Honda brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all digital marketing campaigns.
- Initiate and monitor campaign budgets.
- Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Contact, interview, and hire third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content
- Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Closely monitor market movement with propose PDCA to GM and Executive level.
- Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (preferably), Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration.
- At least 5 years working experience in Marketing Communication and Digital Marketing management. Having motorcycle industry background is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Experiencing with advertisement/media agency firms will be more advantageous.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency with MS office, Adobe Illustrator, Photo Shop and conceptual IT knowledge are necessary.
- Willingness to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, initiative, well-organized, mature, energetic, reliable, hands-on with achieve-oriented and mindset to ensure the quality of all marketing materials and communications.
- High competency working with all levels and functions
