■ Work 5.5 d/w: Mon-Sat
■ Work 8 h/d: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Partially flex system)

◉ Overview:
As a Position and Role as Assistant of CEO (Supervising Operation), you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the daily activities within the LOKA-OP department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that operational processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to overall business success. This role requires a combination of leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the company's operations. It may require occasional overtime or weekend work, especially during peak operational periods. Sometimes, you may need to address urgent issues outside regular working hours.

◉ Responsibilities:

1) Process Management:
■ Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
■ Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
■ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.

2) Performance Monitoring:
■ Monitor and assess the performance of operational processes.
■ Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
■ Implement measures to optimize performance and achieve targets.

3) Resource Allocation:
■ Manage resources effectively to meet operational demands.
■ Allocate staff, equipment, and materials efficiently.
■ Optimize resource utilization to achieve operational goals.

4) Problem Resolution:
■ Address and resolve operational issues on time.
■ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome challenges.
■ Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.

5) Communication:
■ Maintain clear and open communication channels with team members.
■ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
■ Report on operational performance to senior management.

6) Continuous Improvement:
■ Identify opportunities for process improvement.
■ Implement best practices and innovative solutions.
■ Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

◉ Qualifications:
■ Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
■ Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in operations.
■ Fluent in Khmer and English communications.
■ Strong leadership and team management skills.
■ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
■ Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
■ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
■ Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
■ Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
