Job Responsibilities:
1. Introduce and promote product to target customer.
2. Search and look for new customer.
3. Collect customer’s information.
4. Prepare and send quotation to customer.
5. Follow up and get feedback from customer.
6. Develop monthly and 3 months’ sales action plan to achieve sales target.
7. Listen and solve customer’s complaint regarding product and service.
8. Survey market price and promotion of competitor.
9. Keep and maintain relationship with customers.
10. Help AR to resolve the payment with customer overdue credit term.
11. Make the daily report.
12. Make and send monthly sales forecast report to Financial Controller.
13. Weekly meeting and result presentation in the team.
14. Provide service and product with satisfactory to customer.
15. Make sure all products ordered must be taken by customer.
16. Collaborate with stock manager to make sure the product delivery to the customer on time with good quality.
17. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
18. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
19. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or master's degree in Sales & Marketing or related field
2. At least 2years of work experience in Sales / Direct Sales
3. Knowledge of English (Good command of speaking, writing and listening)
4. Knowledge of Laundry Machine or any
5. PC skill (Microsoft office, e-mail, internet)
6. Patience, good interpersonal and Communicational Skill
7. Honest and hard-working
8. Self-confidence & motivation
9. Experience managing and directing a sales team.
10. Dedication to providing great customer service.
11. Ability to lead a sales team.
