Working Hours: Mon-Sat: 8:00am – 5:30pm (half a day for Saturday)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist our Assistant Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, administrative tasks, and develop valuable skills that will benefit you in any future career path.

- Responsibilities:
• Project Management Support:
• Assist the Assistant Project Manager with various project tasks, including assist on event arrangement, sending documents to other department or ministry.
• Assist Chief Strategy Officer in any tasks that have appointed.
• Help develop and maintain project documentation.
• Tasks will be appointed from time to time for self-development
• Administrative Support:
• Keep track on all the admin task in the Office.
• Purchase order of Office supply
• Coordinate with Assistance Project Manager to make sure everything is well arranged in the office
• Set up for the meeting venue

- Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (any major)
• No experience Needs
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good communication (written and verbal) skills
• Medium or Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to contribute

• Khmer
• English (Medium or Good)
