Principal Accountabilities
➢ Greet guest/s upon meeting them. (Welcome customers at hotel main entrance/ Casino entrance and assist them to play games/ book the rooms).
➢ Ensure proper manners and good posture when talking to customer/s.
➢ Handle customer/s concerns professionally.
➢ Assist customers with gaming facilities and instructions for the VIP gaming room.
➢ Explains facilities, services and attractions available for guest/s comfort and fulfill all feasible requests for the guest/s with the collaboration of the relevant staff.
➢ Anticipates guest/s needs, respond promptly, maintain positive guest relations and ensures guests’ satisfaction at all times.
➢ Support the ordering of meals/beverages.
➢ With the direction of the Marketing Manager/Executive/Supervisors, organize and execute promotions/events plans and coordinate with other departments upon request.

Qualifications and Experiences
● Must be at least 18 years of age.
● Gaming, hospitality, or customer service work experience preferred.
● Basic computer skills.
● Chinse as well as Khmer or Vietnamese language skills are required.
