Responsibility
Languages: ( Vietnamese - Khmer )
• Receive phone call from customers
• Reply Chat facebook page from customer
• Greeting and provide information to customers on phone
• Response and solve any problems with customers
• Keeping good relationship with customers
• Be cooperate with team work
• Other tasks as assign by management
Requirement
• At least 1-year experience in Customer Service or related field
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office
• Friendly, good attitude, dynamic, and committed
• Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
Working Hour : 8am-5pm
Location : Phnom Penh
Salary Range : $ 300+
