WB Sport Village Co., Ltd is looking for dynamic candidates as below:

(Customer Service ): 1 Position (Female only who has experience in Real Estate or Hospitality)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide efficient and courteous customer service to clients on all aspects of property services.
• Field incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and maintain client relationships.
• Manage property listings, enquiries, and processing transactions.
• Collaborate with real estate brokers to expedite and enhance property sales activity.
• Assist in scheduling property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Assist in scheduling handover to clients.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and other process documentation.
• Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
• Receives inquiries from and/or contacts the organization’s offices to resolve a variety of order-related issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. At least 2 year-experience in real estate or hotel, specially problem solving with customers
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
6. Able to communicate in English
