Translate English, other languages us a plus
*Cross check SOP. Follow SOP process. Able to explain and deal with every patient from start of appointment to finish - patient file and other medical documents of patients necessary during consultation, shortened waiting time, hypervolt therapy if doctor is busy.
*Any further queries by patients during post therapy/consultation/general walk-in query , Translator is required to respond to all queries.
*Effective tranfer of patients' queries to doctor during consultation, in both Khmer and English. Manage doctor's responses for patient's understanding, check for patient's understanding and revert to doctor. Translate and infer at same time.
100% attendance whenever there is booth activation or events with ICC participation.
Come to work 15 min earlier. Dress neatly by uniform. Keep work station tidy.
*Effective guiding of patients to the therapy rooms after consultation or if doctor is busy, seeing to it patients go on traction /blocks/hypervolt machines to occupy time. During consultation, handling some treatment equipments required by doctor.
*Managing patients' appointment on arrival. Seeing them off on departure or turning them over to FD before proceeding to next patient.
Ensure delivery of any other work-related tasks requested by doctor
