- Assist in filling the Report Case Book from ER, RR and check the medicine that ER nurse in night has requested
- Follow up any updated in Telegram group to pass the information and explain to team members in order to implement the new decisions
- Encourage, cooperate with the team and be patience for work
- Welcome the patient and provide information to the doctor, follow policy of the clinic
