OBJECTIVES : To ensure a profitable business operation, generate student number and meet sale targets with quality education. Provide excellent services and communication with effectiveness and efficiency.
A – Z Service OPERATION
COMMUNICATION SERVICES: School Phone, Email, website, Facebook page, etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Services: Identify problems with solutions, greeting customers & general services, build strong relations with parents & students with excellent communication
School Programs & other Services: Introduce parents and students to any school programs that suit best for their needs and wants including academic program, international studies, extra-curricular activities, day care, food services, transportation, etc.
Lost and Found Service: keep record, manage lost and found items
Admission & Enrollment: Enrollment, registration, school management system, payments, student interviewing & Placement, application & documents, student ID & Parent pick up card, etc.
Sale: set and meet sale targets
Customer Relation Management: Keep record of customer visit & enrollment, follow up & feedback
PR & Marketing: Public Relation, events, competitions, media, social media, SWOT analysis, business survey & expansion. Prepare & deliver other school flyers and other related activities
Media: Like, share, comment on all photos and videos of the school on social media and encourage students and team members to do so
Parents: Identify problems with solutions, counseling service, communication, relationship, general services, community, support, etc.
Stock: Manage the stock and inventory including books, uniforms, photocopy
Purchasing: purchase immediate office supplies
Call Center: Communicate courteously with customers via telephone, email, letter and face to face
Events & Meeting: Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events including notation, agenda, room set up including desks, chairs, slide, projector, water, snacks, and clean up after meeting
OTHER DUTIES
Respect and act according to school’s vision, mission, goals, all management system, policies and guidelines
Conduct, attend all meeting & training required by the organization
Cooperate well with other departments and Campuses
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the immediate manager
Perform other duties as required.


REPORT
Customer visit record via phone call, FB page, and walk in (daily, week, month, term, year)
Customer feedback via phone call, FB page, and walk in (daily, week, month, term, year)
Student number of enrollment, dropped and transferred (Week, month, term, year)
School events, academic activities, and other related activities (month, term, year)
Stock & inventory reports including books, uniforms, & other materials (term, year)
Paper management (month, term, year)
Student information analysis and survey (month, term, year)
