Role & Responsibilities:
• Generate reports to support related functions to manage and achieve the target
• Generate purchase order to suppliers to drive the stock availability at stores
• Plan and manage inventory level at stores and warehouse by assigned department/sub department to achieve the target
• Balance inbound /out bound and optimize ordering to drive product availability at appropriate stock level including deliver vendor service level to achieve target
• Manage the logistics on product movement between stores and warehouse
• Manage the KPIs of the position to meet the goals of each year in accordance with the company's goals.
• Manage and develop the team to have higher knowledge and competence to achieve the goals of the work as specified by the company

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistic, or related fields
2. At least 2 years experiences in related fields (high preferable in retail business)
3. Excellent command in English (writing, reading and speaking)
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
5. Good communication skill, adaptable, analytical, positive attitude, a good team player, and a fast learner
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
