Are you an experienced leader looking for a new challenge? Golden Beach Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage all aspects of housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and satisfaction of guests.
-Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
-Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to meet quality standards.
-Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed.

Requirements:
-Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in Housekeeping is essential.
-Strong leadership and organizational skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Salary: $300-450 per month, based on experience.
