Job Description
 Control of the work scope
 Prepare construction drawing based on the Original Design
 Perform drafting using Auto Cad, sketch up, 3D, Render Video
 Responsible for the preparation of as-built drawings
 Do shop drawing architect work such as wall finishing work (ALC panel), floor finishing work, handrails
 Preparing documents submit to the project owner
 Coordination with construction team
 Other task assigns by management team.
Jobs Requirement
• Cambodian Nationality
• Fresh graduated bachelor degree of Architectural or related
• Above 24 years old
• At least 1-2 years’ experience related this file, especially architectural for finishing work
• Drafting skills and proficiency with computer
• Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer
• Good communication, problem solving, fast and efficient worker
• Honesty, Positive, Energetic, and hard-working
• Demonstrated ability to work with and across different teams
