Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Labor Compliance Officer located in Phnom Penh. The Labor Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, monitoring and maintaining employee records, conducting audits. This is an on-site role.

Responsibilities:

-Monitor on work compliance and process
-Know the whole processing of work compliance both manual and online
-Manage and tracking on compliance listing
-Follow up on work processing compliance with ministry
-Dealing with head of department and team member to collect information
-Direct contact with ministry officer
-Check and follow up on deadline processing

Qualifications:

-Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
-Experience in monitoring and maintaining employee records
-Excellent organizational and analytical skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team
-Proficiency in relevant software and tools
-Prior experience in labor compliance or related field is a plus
-Bachelor's degree in related field
