Management Secretary
Job Description
• Track on To do lists and task lists.
• Schedule appointments and set meeting schedules.
• Cooperate with the heads of departments.
• Follow up on the assigned tasks from President.
• To organize documents.
• To arrange agenda for meetings.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
• Maintaining records and files.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
• Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
• Coordinates with office arrangement
• Maintain office procedures.
• Other tasks are assigned by President.
Job Requirements
• A At least 1-years experience in assistance or related field.
• Have good computer skill (Microsoft office, Excel, Power point and internet and E-mail).
• Good knowledge of English regardless speaking, writing, reading or listening
• Be self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Creative and flexible in work, be able to work effec6vely and coopera6vely with Co- workers
• Good interpersonal skill, hardworking, honest and high responsibility
• Able working under pressure
